60 minute interactive workshop in which you will learn:

  • why trust is so important to organizations, teams, and you
  • how you decide whether to trust other colleagues
  • how to talk about trust
  • actions you can take to improve your trust with others

Step 2

15 minute web-based survey focused on leadership team trust:

  • 74 statements to rate your levels of agreements
  • 2 open ended questions to collect your insights
  • statements relating to all aspects of the team and leadership
  • behaviorally based statements relevant to your experience

Step 3

90 minute conversation based on the results of the survey:

  • focused 5 page report – all data and key findings highlighted
  • exploration of the stories behind the results
  • facilitated discussion to explore opportunities for action
  • agreement to the priorities

Step 4

60 minute conversation for action:

  • identify the changes needed by the team and by individuals
  • agree to new team practices to support the changes
  • agree communication outside the team
  • agree metrics and review points to check on progress
